TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR NTUC AND SIGN-UP GIFTS ISSUED BY NTUC:
1. Valid only for new^∓ and approved applicants who sign up online with NTUC at https://www.ntuc.org.sg from 01 April 2024 to 31 December 2024.
^∓ New members shall mean applicants who are not existing members.

2. New member(s) will be eligible for the following gift (each a "Gift"), upon:-
(i) payment of the relevant upfront NTUC Membership fees for a stipulated period (hereinafter referred to as the "Initial Paid Months"), which fees are non-refundable; and
(ii) activation of recurring payments or deductions for his/her NTUC Membership fees
• 3 months of upfront payment of NTUC Membership fees - S$20 FairPrice Group E-Voucher

3. Upon the expiry of the Initial Paid Months (as set out in the table above), the new Member shall have to pay for all his/her subsequent NTUC Membership fees of S$9/month. NTUC Membership fees shall be imposed or charged to the Member’s preferred mode of payment, including but not limited to, Trust cards or other credit card(s)/debit card(s) issued by other banks or FAST (Fast and Secure Transfer, for DBS and POSB accounts only) on a monthly recurring basis.
Eligible members will be notified via an SMS on the issuance of the Gift (as the case may be) within 4 weeks from the date of their application for the NTUC Membership. While stocks last.

4. This promotion is not in conjunction with other ongoing promotions. This promotion is only applicable to Unions and union members participating in the General Branch (GB) programme. NTUC reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to amend the terms and conditions set out herein, and/or replace the Gift(s) with one or more item(s) or gifts of equivalent value (such value to be determined by NTUC in its sole and absolute discretion) without having to give any prior notice or reason for such replacement. In the event of a dispute, NTUC's decision is final.

5. Union Membership is open to persons above 16 years of age with valid NRIC/FIN number, except personnel from Singapore Police Force, Singapore Prison Service, Civil Defence Force, Singapore Armed Forces, Narcotics Service or Auxiliary Police bodies (Certis Cisco, Aetos and SATS), and foreign domestic workers. Please note that the NTUC Union Membership fee is $117 per annum ($9 per month from Jan-Nov & $18 in Dec).

6. By signing up for the Membership, you are deemed to have consented to the above Terms and Conditions and NTUC's personal data protection policies.

^ FairPrice Members will receive benefits in the form of Linkpoints when making purchases at FairPrice Group outlets island-wide (including FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, FairPrice Xpress, Warehouse Club and Unity Pharmacies but excluding Cheers, Foodfare and Kopitiam outlets) and FairPrice online.
This benefit is given in two portions:
a) A 2% upfront of their purchases (up to a cap of S$6,000 annually) in Linkpoints at point of purchase.
b) Additional patronage rebates^†, which will be disbursed in Linkpoints for their spend in the following year as approved at the Annual General meeting.
Please present the FairPrice App, Link card or your Link QR code in MyNTUC app to the cashier if you are shopping at the physical stores. For online shopping, or payment via FairPrice app at physical stores, please ensure your Link membership is linked with your FairPrice online account before checkout.
To be eligible for FairPrice member benefits and dividends, you must sign up as a FairPrice member through the subscription of 20 shares at S$1 each and a one-time non-refundable entrance fee at S$3.
Alternatively, you can sign up under the Join-Now-Pay-Later scheme, where FairPrice will accumulate the value of the member benefits to offset the value of the shares and entrance fee ($23) in full before you start receiving the upfront component (i.e. 2% upfront of their purchases in Linkpoints) and patronage rebates^† from your membership benefits.
