Haven't Got Your NTUC Card Yet? Fret Not!
If you are a paying Union Member (without arrears) and have not yet received your new NTUC Card, please inform us right now by completing and submitting the form at: www.ntuclink.com.sg/frontend/linkcard/new_linkcard_form.aspx.
Alternatively, you can give us a call at our Customer Service Hotline right now at (65)-6213-8008. Press '7' once your call is picked up, then follow the voice instructions to enter your NRIC number and contact number. You can also drop us an e-mail at membership@ntuc.org.sg.
Either way, we'll get the new card to your home within 14 working days!
As you await the arrival of your card, do note that you can still use the old NTUC Gold Link Card to earn LinkPoints. However, you must inform us to get the new NTUC Card sent to you -- using one of the above methods, as the old Gold Link Card is now officially phased out. And more importantly, without the new card, you cannot redeem for items using your LinkPoints value.
So, hesitate no more... The NTUC Card -- with a whole world of benefits and privileges we've all been waiting for -- is just a phone call... or a couple of keystrokes away!
