Achieving Work – Life Balance

The NTUC helps workers and their families achieve work-life balance.

Thanks to the Singapore Labour Foundation (SLF) and other sponsors, union members get more than what they pay for membership.

Union members enjoy discounts and other privileges when they rest and relax at the many NTUC Club facilities, including chalets at Downtown East, Pasir Ris, East Coast and Sentosa. Members can unwind at the 7 clubhouses like DXO @Esplanade, Union Square and Jest D' Place, each of which bears a unique identity to cater to different ages and interests. There is also the one-stop recreation cum lifestyle complex - Downtown East, which features two world class theme parks (Wild Wild Wet and Escape), premium resort accomodation, over 40 food outlets and entertainment centres, and D'Marquee, which plays host to many local and international shows and events.

Members are also able to enjoy good quality country club facilities such as swimming, golf, gym, karaoke, etc. at the Orchid Country Club and the Aranda Country Club.
