Application for NTUC General Branch Scholarship Awards & Education Grants 2007 is over. Thank you for your interest.

 The GB scholarship is only open to General Branch union members whose children are currently pursuing studies in a recognized local institution or university. The scholarships are granted based on their academic performance. Members whose children are currently receiving or applying for the scholarship or bursary awards from any other organizations are not eligible to apply.

The value of the awards for each level is as follows:
Primary (Pri 2 – 6) S$ 100
Secondary S$ 200
Junior College, Pre-U & ITE S$ 300
Polytechnic S$ 800
University S$ 1,000

To assist union members to meet the school year expenses for their children, a one-off S$100 Education Grant will be awarded per school-going child (up to maximum of 2 children) for every successful applicant.


To qualify for the awards, General Branch members must have at least six months of continuous paid up union membership.

Please note that only one type of award will be granted to successful applicants. The decision of the Selection Committee is final.
