Cafe de Amigo is the also first OSE Theme Restaurant in Singapore - probably in Asia as well - to specialize in Oyster, Salmon and Escargot.
Exotic and mouth-watering recipes prepared by Executive Chef Foo Wah Ann, who has spent his first 20 years in the renown former Marco Polo Hotel which is still in many people's memmory of its good food - The La Brasserie.

Specialty OSE dishes which are prepared meticulously and are both a gastro-nomical and visual treat. Recommended must-haves are the Oyster Florentine, Baby King Salmon and Escargot A la Bourguignonne.
For less adventurous souls, a wide range of Classic home-made soups and entrees both available for lunch and dinner. Generous Goose Liver with Morel Sauce, the heavenly Swiss Deep-Fried Cheese Trio, hearty French Onion Soup, exquisite Lobster Bisque, the surprisingly delightful "Not-The-Same-Potato" Soup.
