   Terms & Conditions:

1. 1,500 and 1,000 Linkpoints will be issued to the Referree and Referrer respectively only for approved online applications before 31 October 2010.
2. Only active NTUC Members with no overdue NTUC Membership Fees are eligible for the incentives offered by this programme.
3. The issuance of 1000 LinkPoints will commence from January 2011, depending on the approval of the applications.
4. 1000 LinkPoints will be issued after the Referree's first payment of NTUC Membership subscription.
5. Referree's first payment of NTUC Membership subscription must not be later than December 2010.
6. The Referrer and the referree will not be entitled to the Linkpoints if the Referree has a history of termination with NTUC membership in the past 6 months.
7. A Referral is successful only if the Referree is an NTUC Member owing no Membership Fees at the point of Gift issuance.
8. Not applicable with other promotions and campaigns, unless otherwise specified.
9. Terms of Agreement for NTUC Membership apply.
10. NTUC reserves the right to amend the above terms or change/withdraw this programme at any time without prior notice.
11. In cases of dispute, NTUC's decision is final.
