By using the NTUC Card or max Card to participate in the LinkPoints Online Rewards Programme, Cardmember shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions
ELIGIBILITY
Only NTUC and max Cardholders (“Cardholders”) may participate in the LinkPoints Online Rewards Programme
Only cardholders whose cards are valid and in good standing order (as determined by NTUC Link Pte Ltd) will be eligible to use their LinkPoints to redeem for items in this Rewards Programme. NTUC Cardholders (Union Members) must still be a valid member during redemption.
A supplementary cardholder of the NTUC-OCBC Credit Card is not eligible to redeem for Online Rewards. However, LinkPoints earned with the supplementary card are combined together in the LinkPoints account under the principal cardholder’s name. The principal cardholder may use these points to redeem for rewards.
REDEMPTION OF REWARDS
Redemption received under the Online Rewards Programme will be sent to Cardholders via mail in the form of a pressure seal voucher (“Rewards Voucher”) within 7 to 14 working days. Cardholders must present original Vouchers at merchants’ outlets to enjoy the rewards.
All redeemed items whether utilized or not, may not be refunded or exchanged for other items, LinkPoints, cash, merchant’s voucher or in-kind.
NTUC Link reserves the right not to replenish or replace any item that has run out of stock, and the right to replace the same item with another item as it deems fit.
NTUC Link reserves the right to withdraw from offer and to refuse to provide the good and/or service for redemption should a mistake be made in the redemption value of such product and/or service.
NTUC Link is entitled in its absolute discretion, at any time, and from time to time without prior notice, to vary the items or substitute any items with another of similar value.
Redemption orders once accepted by NTUC Link cannot be cancelled or exchanged by the Cardholder.
USE OF REWARDS VOUCHER
Use of the Rewards Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions as stated herein and in the relevant section of the LinkPoints Online Rewards Catalogue and other restrictions and/or conditions as may be imposed by the merchant in relation to which the Rewards Voucher may be used to pay for or obtain goods and/or services of that merchant.
Rewards Voucher is only valid for the item(s) stated and is not applicable with other discounts and promotions, nor usable in conjunction with any other discount cards or any form of vouchers.
Rewards Voucher is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash, LinkPoints, merchants’ voucher or any other items. Any unused portion of the voucher will not be refunded.
Rewards Voucher that has been defaced, torn, damaged or expired will not be accepted.
There will be no replacement for lost/damaged voucher.
All vouchers are denominated in Singapore Dollars, unless otherwise stated.
