Terms and Conditions
This lucky draw promotion is jointly organised by National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) and Chevron Singapore Pte Ltd (Caltex). Employees of NTUC, OCBC and Caltex, their respective families, agencies, advisors, franchisees, suppliers and any persons assisting or who are involved in the promotion are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
From 1st May to 31st July 2009, NTUC Uplus Cardholders will be entitled to participate in the lucky draw with a minimum S$30 purchase of Caltex’s Regular 92 with Techron®, Premium 95 with Techron®, Platinum 98 with Techron® or Power Diesel (before any applicable station, card discount or rebate) in a single receipt at all participating Caltex stations in Singapore.
Each participant is entitled to one lucky draw form with a minimum S$30 purchase of Caltex fuel in a single receipt. Lucky draw forms will be issued by Caltex counter staff. The number of lucky draw chances are unlimited and based solely on the lucky draw forms submitted by participants in accordance with these terms and conditions.
There will be one Grand Prize winner of one year's worth of Caltex Fuel valued at S$5000, awarded in the form of StarCash; 15 winners of Caltex Fuel in the form of StarCash valued at S$200 each and 60 consolation prizes in the form of Caltex premiums.
All entries must be submitted by 31st July 2009, 2359hrs (GMT+8), which is the last day of this promotion. Any entry received after this promotion period will not be considered. No correspondence will be entertained.
Only participants who complete the official entry form shall be eligible. Incomplete, invalid entries or failure to provide true and accurate information will automatically disqualify the participant from the promotion. Notwithstanding the successful submission or receipt of entries or any participant's eligibility in this promotion, NTUC, OCBC and Caltex shall have the sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason.
The monthly Mini-Draw will be conducted by NTUC on 10thJune 2009, 10th July 2009 and 10th August 2009, 1000hrs (GMT+8). The draw for the Grand Prize and 60 consolation prizes will be conducted by NTUC on 10th August 2009, 1000hrs (GMT+8). The winners will be selected via a physical random draw at NTUC Centre, 1 Marina Boulevard, One Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018989. The draws shall be organized by NTUC in accordance with applicable rules and regulations and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
NTUC, OCBC and Caltex reserve the right to replace any selected winner who is subsequently disqualified with another winner who will also be selected via a physical random draw.
By participating in this promotion, participant agrees to the disclosure of his/her name, mobile phone number, mailing address and NRIC or passport number to NTUC, OCBC and Caltex for the purpose of organising, promoting and/or conducting the draw and consent to receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from NTUC, OCBC and/or Caltex from time to time. By participating in this promotion, the participant irrevocably and unconditionally grant to NTUC, OCBC and Caltex all consents and waivers necessary for his/her name, likeness and particulars to be used for publicity, marketing and advertising purposes worldwide without limitation in any manner whatsoever and in any part of the world as NTUC, OCBC and/or Caltex shall in their sole discretion deem fit.
Prizes won are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, partially or wholly, or for any other goods/services.

NTUC, OCBC and Caltex shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs or expenses in connection with or arising from this promotion, the redemption or use of the prizes.
The Prize winners will be notified via post based on the mailing address provided by the participant within 2 weeks from all draw dates. The results of all draws shall be published on www.ntuc.org.sg/just4u. NTUC, OCBC and Caltex shall not be responsible or liable for any late or unsuccessful efforts in notifying the winners.
Winners must claim their prizes at the place as notified by NTUC within 2 months of the date of written notification unless otherwise stated, failing which the prize will be donated to charity without liability to NTUC, OCBC and Caltex. Winners must produce the original notification letter and NRIC or passport in order to claim the prize.
NTUC, OCBC and Caltex reserve the right to change the prize and/or the terms and conditions of this promotion at their discretion without prior notice or liability to the participants. All decisions made by NTUC, OCBC and Caltex in respect of this promotion or in the event of any disputes are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, terms and conditions on www.ntuc.org.sg/just4u shall prevail.
By taking part in this promotion, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and consented to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
