TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING REWARDS / GIFTS FOR NEW INDIVIDUALS WHO REGISTER FOR THE NTUC MEMBERSHIP FROM 1 JANUARY 2024 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2024 THROUGH THE WEBSITE OF SP MOBILITY PTE LTD ("SP MOBILITY") ("CAMPAIGN"):
1. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").

2. This Campaign is valid for the period of 1 January 2024 to 30 September 2024, both dates inclusive (the "Campaign Period"), or whenever the Benefit(s) (as defined below) have been fully disbursed to all eligible individuals (whichever is earlier). For the avoidance of doubt, NTUC and SP Mobility may collectively in their discretion amend or change the Campaign Period, without prior notification.

3. This Campaign is open to members of the public who meet the participation requirements of the Campaign.

4. To participate in the Campaign, and receive the Benefits (as defined below), you must satisfy all of the following conditions:-
a. register as a member of an NTUC-affiliated union/association ("NTUC Member") using your e-mail address as registered with SP Mobility during the Campaign Period;
b. make an upfront payment of three (3) months of NTUC membership fees, which fees are strictly non-refundable;
c. activate a credit / debit card recurring arrangement with NTUC for the deduction of subsequent NTUC membership fees; and
d. successfully register for the NTUC Membership, and receive a confirmation e-mail from NTUC on the same.

5. Upon successfully registering for the NTUC Membership and subject to such confirmation from SP Mobility, you may be eligible for one of the following benefits (as the case may be):-
a. (i) if you are a driver of an electric vehicle ("EV driver") with an existing account with SP Mobility via the SP Group mobile application ("SP APP"), S$32 worth of charging credits will be credited to your SP Mobility mobile application, which credits may be used on SP Mobility’s public EV charging network. For the avoidance of doubt, such charging credits: (i) do not cover other costs of operating your vehicle (such as parking fees levied at locations where the charging points are located); and (ii) are not valid for use in conjunction with other offers, privileges or campaigns offered within the SP APP;
OR
a. (ii) if you are not an EV driver with an existing account with SP Mobility via the SP APP, S$20 FairPrice Group E-Voucher from NTUC shall be issue to you.
(each, a "Benefit", and collectively, the "Benefits")

6. In relation to paragraph 5(a)(i), SP Mobility’s public charging network refers to SP Mobility’s charging points which are available to all members of the public. It excludes private charging points, for example charging points which are only available for a pre-selected group of users, such as condominiums.

7. In relation to paragraph 5(a)(ii), if eligible, you will be notified via an SMS informing you that S$20 FairPrice Group E-Voucher will be issued to you within two (2) weeks from the date of the SMS. The E-Voucher is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, gifts and/or any other objects.

8. The Benefit(s) shall be disbursed only after successful registration for the NTUC Membership, as follows:-
a. in relation to the Benefit under paragraph 5(a)(i): you will receive the said Benefit under paragraph 5(a)(i) within six (6) weeks from the date of your successful registration as a NTUC Member; and
b. in relation to the Benefit under paragraph 5(a)(ii): you will receive the said Benefit under paragraph 5(a)(ii) within two (2) weeks from the date of the SMS.

10. The Benefits are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, gifts or other goods and services. NTUC and SP Mobility may collectively, in their discretion, and from time to time, replace any and/or all of the Benefit(s) with other items or gifts of equivalent value. No appeal against any such replacement of Benefits as aforesaid, shall be entertained.

11. NTUC and SP Mobility reserve the right collectively, at their discretion, to suspend or cancel the Campaign or any of the Terms herein, at any time without prior notice or any liability to you.

12. By participating in this Campaign and in addition to any other consent you have already provided to NTUC and/or SP Mobility and its affiliate SP Digital Pte Ltd ("SPD"), for example via the use of the SP APP, and any existing right of NTUC, SP Mobility and SPD under applicable laws, you consent to NTUC, SP Mobility and SPD (and its affiliates and agents) collecting, using and disclosing your information for the purposes of this Campaign, including for SP Mobility to provide user information to NTUC and vice versa, and to contact you.

13. NTUC and SP Mobility reserve all rights to collectively: (i) update these Terms without prior notification and your participation in this Campaign at any time shall mean that you are bound by any such update; and (ii) make determinations and decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign which shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeal against any such update of Terms and/or determinations/decisions relating to the Campaign as aforesaid, shall be entertained.

14. SP Mobility is not responsible for the issuance of FairPrice Group E-Voucher and SP Mobility shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered or incurred by you in connection with the issuance of FairPrice Group E-Voucher as described above in these Terms nor anything in connection therein.

15. SP Mobility shall be wholly responsible for the credit of the charging credits to your SP Mobility account in the SP APP as described above in these Terms. NTUC makes no representation or warranty for the quality of products and services provided by SP Mobility; and NTUC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered or incurred by you in connection with the credit of the charging credits to your SP Mobility account in the SP APP as described above in these Terms nor in connection with the quality, merchantability and fitness of the products and services that SP Mobility (and/or any of its affiliated or related entities) provides in connection with the Campaign.

16. These terms and conditions shall not affect any other standard terms and conditions that may be imposed by SP Mobility in connection with the goods and services supplied by SP Mobility under the Campaign and/or the use of the SP APP (collectively, the "SP Mobility Standard Terms"). For the avoidance of doubt, SP Mobility shall be wholly responsible for the implementation and/or enforcement of the SP Mobility Standard Terms. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Unless expressly stated, a person not a party to these Terms has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce these Terms.

17. Union Membership is open to persons above 16 years of age with valid NRIC/FIN number, except personnel from Singapore Police Force, Singapore Prison Service, Civil Defence Force, Singapore Armed Forces, Narcotics Service or Auxiliary Police bodies (Certis Cisco, Aetos and SATS), and foreign domestic workers. Please note that the NTUC Union Membership fee is $117 per annum ($9 per month from Jan-Nov & $18 in Dec).

^ FairPrice Members will receive benefits in the form of Linkpoints when making purchases at FairPrice Group outlets island-wide (including FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, FairPrice Xpress, Warehouse Club and Unity Pharmacies but excluding Cheers, Foodfare and Kopitiam outlets) and FairPrice online.
This benefit is given in two portions:
a) A 2% upfront of their purchases (up to a cap of S$6,000 annually) in Linkpoints at point of purchase.
b) Additional patronage rebates^†, which will be disbursed in Linkpoints for their spend in the following year as approved at the Annual General meeting.
Please present the FairPrice App, Plus! card or your Plus! QR code in MyNTUC app to the cashier if you are shopping at the physical stores. For online shopping, or payment via FairPrice app at physical stores, please ensure your Plus! membership is linked with your FairPrice online account before checkout.
To be eligible for FairPrice member benefits and dividends, you must sign up as a FairPrice member through the subscription of 20 shares at S$1 each and a one-time non-refundable entrance fee at S$3.
Alternatively, you can sign up under the Join-Now-Pay-Later scheme, where FairPrice will accumulate the value of the member benefits to offset the value of the shares and entrance fee ($23) in full before you start receiving the upfront component (i.e. 2% upfront of their purchases in Linkpoints) and patronage rebates^† from your membership benefits.
