Sign-up Gift Eligibility (Where Applicable):

1. Sign-up Gift promotion valid from 15 October 2026 to 31 December 2026.​
   
2. New member(s) shall be eligible for the Sign-up Gift (as stated on this NTUC's website) if he/she has:-​
1. applied for and activated recurring payments of the NTUC Membership fees either: (i) through credit/debit card arrangements; or (ii) e-Giro payment methods;​
2. made upfront payment of NTUC Membership fees for the first three (3) months or first nine (9) months (the "Initial Paid Months") using the abovementioned payment methods, which fees are non-refundable; and​
3. not terminated his/her NTUC Membership within the first three (3) months of the activation of recurring payments.​
• The applicable Sign-up Gift shall be determined based on the Initial Paid Months as follows:
1. Three (3) months' upfront payment: S$25 FairPrice E-Voucher; or
2. Nine (9) months' upfront payment: 1-year of NTUC Membership.
• For the avoidance of doubt, a “New member” as described under this segment shall mean individuals holding the NTUC Membership who either: (a) have never been NTUC Members but for their current application; or (b) have previously held the NTUC Membership but have since terminated their previous NTUC Membership prior to their current application and not reinstated the same. A “New member” shall not include individuals who had previously held the NTUC Membership, terminated the same, and thereafter reinstated their NTUC Membership through retroactive / back-payment of NTUC Membership fees for the period of termination resulting in a continuous NTUC Membership tenure.​
• Eligible members will be notified via an SMS on the collection or crediting of the Sign-up Gift to their relevant accounts (as the case may be) within 4 weeks from the date of their application for the NTUC Membership.
• New member(s) will not be eligible for the Sign-up Gift if he/she has either received or redeemed any Sign-up Gift from NTUC affiliated unions/associations within 1 year prior to the date of collection of the Sign-up Gift.
• This promotion is not in conjunction with other ongoing promotions.
• This promotion is only applicable to Unions and union members participating in the General Branch (GB) programme.
• Sign-up Gifts are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other products, and shall only be available for collection and/or redemption while stocks last.
• NTUC will not be responsible for any unredeemed, expired, lost or unused Sign-up Gifts, and no extension, replacement or compensation will be provided.
• NTUC shall not be responsible for any failure/defect in the Sign-up Gifts, and any issues, defects, queries and/or warranties pertaining to the Sign-up Gifts shall be directed to the manufacturer of the Sign-up Gift (as stated on the product). NTUC does not warrant the quality, performance or fitness for the purpose of the Sign-up Gift(s) and shall not be responsible for any consequence including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or redemption or use of the Sign-up Gifts.
• NTUC reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to replace the Sign-up Gift at any time with one or more item(s) of equivalent value (such value to be determined by NTUC in its sole and absolute discretion) without having to give any prior notice or reason for such replacement.
• NTUC's decision on all matters relating to these terms and conditions and matters above shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
• These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.


3. NTUC65 Membership Campaign Lucky Draws & Grand Draw
• The qualifying period is from 30 September 2026 to 30 April 2027.​
  
• Open to eligible new NTUC Union Members who sign up and are approved for NTUC membership during the qualifying period. Membership must remain active, with no overdue membership fees, until the relevant draw date.​
  
• Eligible new NTUC Union Members will receive 5 Lucky Draw entries upon successful membership sign-up during the qualifying period.​
  
• Winners will be notified via their registered email address within 7 days of the draw date. Winners' names will also be published on the NTUC website.​
  
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.​
  
• NTUC reserves the right to amend the campaign, prizes and these Terms & Conditions. NTUC's decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draws is final.​

NTUC Membership Eligibility:
NTUC Membership is open to persons above 16 years of age with valid NRIC/FIN number, except personnel from Singapore Police Force, Singapore Prison Service, Singapore Civil Defence Force, Singapore Armed Forces, Narcotics Service or Auxiliary Police bodies (Certis Cisco, Aetos and SATS), and foreign domestic workers. Please note that the NTUC Membership fee is $117 per annum ($9 per month from Jan-Nov & $18 in Dec).​
