Who we are

The NTUC Job Security Council (JSC) is an ecosystem to strengthen workers’ job security. The JSC works closely with partners such as unions, government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning, companies and training providers, to:

1. Equip workers with relevant skills to weather disruptions
2. Support companies in business transformation and job redesign for stronger worker outcomes
3. Connect workers to job opportunities through innovations and differentiated services
