Lumpsum Service Increment for AOs in SATS

AESU is pleased to inform our members that the Union and Company (SATS) have concluded our negotiations on this year service increment (SI).  All eligible AOs will receive a lump-sum payment of S$300 as a Service Increment for 2021. 

Eligibility

-The Lump-Sum payment will only be paid to employees who are still in service as at the date of payment, 21 December 2021, and fulfill the following conditions;.

-Must be confirmed as at 30 June 2021 in order to be eligible for the Lump-Sum payment;

-Their work and conduct must have been satisfactory and have no adverse record during the period of review. 

Pro-ration

Employees who are deemed eligible may receive a pro-rata Lump-Sum in the following scenarios:

-An employee who has served less than one year of service within the qualifying period from 01 July 2020 to 30 June 2021;

-An employee who has accumulated 30 or more calendar days of Pro-long illness and No-Pay leave during the qualifying period.
