I am a Dance and Pilates Prehab Instructor since 2015, with experience in international performances and choreography across Asia. My focus is on character development and motivation, empowering individuals to enhance their well-being despite the daily challenges of mental, environmental, and physical stress. I am passionate about part-time lecturing at various tertiary institutions, conducting healthy lifestyle workshops, and collaborating with nonprofit organisations to inspire the next generation towards a healthier, more balanced life.
