The NTUC Care (Education Awards) aims to motivate our lower-income union members’ school-going children (“awardees”) in Institutes of Higher Learning (“IHL”) to excel in their studies and level up the playing field.
The awardees for the education awards are children of union members who were studying in a full-time course in an eligible IHL in Academic Year (AY) 2024. To be eligible, awardees must be enrolled in a full-time course in AY2024 or have graduated in AY2024.
Eligibility Criteria
Members who wish to apply for the education award for their child/ children must have at least 6 continuous months of membership at the point of application and must not be in arrears.
• Total Monthly Gross Household Income of $3,800 and below, or
• Per Capita Income of $950 and below if Gross Household Income exceeds $3,800

Successful awardees must attend the Presentation Ceremony to receive the award quantum.
Education Awards Presentation Ceremonies
Successful members will receive an email notification on their application outcome.
Successful awardees must attend the Presentation Ceremony to receive the award quantum. An email will be sent to the member by 15 September 2025, notifying them of the awardee’s allocated session for the Presentation Ceremony.

The award quantum will be credited to the bank account submitted on OneCARE system within 30 working days after the last Presentation Ceremony on 18 October 2025, subject to bank clearance.
