The NTUC Care (U Stretch) is an assistance programme which aims to assist our lower-income union members to defray their cost of daily necessities. Eligible members can receive up to $120 e-Vouchers for daily necessities.
Union members must meet the following criteria to be successful in their application:
Members who wish to apply for the grant must have at least 6 continuous months of membership at the point of application and must not be in arrears.
*Note: Gross income is defined as all income derived from employment/business, inclusive of overtime and allowances.
The application period is from 30 July 2025, 12pm to 3 September 2025, 4pm. Please note that late submissions will not be processed.
All applications must be submitted online via the OneCARE System.

Applications will be processed within 30 working days from the application submission date. Successful applications will receive an email with their application outcome and instructions to claim the e-Vouchers via OneCARE Portal.
The NTUC Care (U Stretch) e-Vouchers will be issued via RedeemSG, the same platform used for the nationwide voucher schemes with similar redemption process.
The e-Vouchers must be used in fixed denominations as issued. No refunds will be given for any excess e-Vouchers amount used at the point of purchase should it exceed the purchase amount.
The e-Vouchers are valid for use at participating merchants - NTUC FairPrice, Kopitiam, and Unity, for the purchase of necessities. It is not valid for purchase of alcohol or cigarettes.
The e-Vouchers are valid till 31 December 2025 and strictly no extensions will be granted after the expiry date.
