Who we are

An initiative of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), NTUC U Women and Family is the voice for working women and families. We support the career aspirations of working women by promoting a positive and safe work environment that is flexible and fair, as well as leveraging the Labour Movement network and partnerships, to help fulfill career, family and caregiving needs.

What we do

NTUC U Women and Family support the career aspirations of working women by:

• Providing CHOICES in career options that enable them to manage their caregiving needs;
• Ensuring they have PROTECTION at the workplaces against gender discrimination and harassment, and
• Maximising their POTENTIAL through the professionalism of female-dominated occupations and leadership development.
