Maximizing Potential

Women Supporting Women Mentorship Programme

The WSW community focuses on providing support for women by providing you with opportunities to be mentored by women leaders. If you are a woman ready to return to the workforce or explore new job opportunities, look no further! WSW will be with you every step of the way over the course of 6 months — working together with you to focus on your professional development and personal growth.

No matter your background — whether you're a caregiver ready to return to work, a mid-career individual weighing your options, or a graduate stepping into the working world — there’s a place for you here. Our mentors consist of women with professional experience across a multitude of industries from NTUC and the constituency. They are able to offer their expertise and guidance in areas such as:

  • Their own personal professional journey

  • The most viable pathways for mentees to embark on in order to develop themselves professionally

  • Resources for mentees and avenues for help regarding employability

  • Fresh grads who may be looking at career guidance

If you have the heart to support and uplift others, that's enough to start. Join us as a mentor here and help build a community where every woman has the support to succeed — training will be provided!

SHE Supports Friendship Circles

A 30,000-network going strong, NTUC Women and Family’s Friendship Circles are mentorship programmes designed to build networks and communities among women. Whether you're navigating career transitions, juggling family responsibilities, or simply seeking meaningful connections, our circles offer peer support, enriching conversations, and practical resources.  As safe, welcoming spaces which allow women to come together to connect, share, and grow, our regular meetups, workshops, and community activities empower one another to thrive — in work, in life, and beyond.

At our recent networking event, She Means Business, we gathered 13 inspiring female entrepreneurs and 63 women for an afternoon of meaningful connection and growth. The event featured multiple interactive booths, each tailored to different interests — from wellness and lifestyle to business and creative pursuits. These booths were hosted by the entrepreneurs themselves, offering participants the chance to engage directly, ask questions, and discover the journeys behind each business. Women left not only inspired but also equipped with valuable insights and motivation to pursue their own passions. Through initiatives like this, SHE Support creates supportive spaces where women uplift and learn from one another.

To further support our community, we are looking to onboard MoneyOwl, a trusted financial advisory platform licensed by MAS. With MoneyOwl, you’ll be able to assess your financial health and pick up practical tips on how to budget wisely, empowering you to plan with confidence and make the most of your hard-earned money as you continue to grow together with the SHE Supports network.
