“I’m joining as a mentor to give back to society. Previously, I was mentored by my ex-boss and greatly benefited from it. Since I have gone through this, I want to share this experience with other women to encourage them. It’s also an opportunity for me to learn from the mentees’ journey.”
Ms. Jessie Chiu
President, Singapore Union of Broadcasting Employees
Mentor, NTUC
“As a woman, mother and employee, I understand the dynamics and delicate balance between work and family that all women face in our day-to-day lives. It is fulfilling to guide fellow women through these challenges and watch them grow. I am inspired by the determination they have.”
Ms. Genevieve Lim
Mentor, Punggol Shore
“I want to be a mentor because I want to give back to the community and to give confidence to other women who have lost confidence after leaving the workforce for many years."
Ms. Jennifer Hong
Mentor, Serangoon Gardens
