ANNE TAY joined OCBC Bank in May 2002 and is a Vice President of Wealth Management. Prior to joining OCBC Bank, she was Vice President of Business Development of an asset management co. managing pension schemes as well as private trust business. Anne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, Canada and is a Certified Management Accountant from the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario.
