🔗NTUC Care (U Stretch)
Up to $120 e-Vouchers will be given to eligible NTUC union members for daily necessities.

    1. 🔗Discounts CHAS Blue and Orange cardholders
      From now till 31 Dec 2026, CHAS blue and orange cardholders stand to enjoy 3% discounts at FairPrice on Thursdays and Fridays respectively.
      1. 🔗Pioneer Discount Scheme
        From now till 31 Dec 2026, Pioneer Generation cardholders stand to enjoy 3% discounts at FairPrice every Monday.
    1. 🔗Seniors Discount Scheme
      From now till 31 Dec 2026, seniors aged 60 and above stand to enjoy 2% discounts at FairPrice every Tuesday. PRs included.
    1. 🔗Pioneer & Merdeka Discount Scheme
      From now till 31 Dec 2026, Pioneer and Merdeka Generation cardholders stand to enjoy 3% discounts at FairPrice every Wednesday.
    🔗Neighbourhood Food Share Programme
    Every month, FairPrice Group distributes over eight tonnes of fresh rescued fruits and vegetables to communities in need across more than 70 distribution points island-wide, for free.

🔗Progressive Wage Model (PWM)
Intended to uplift the lives of lower-wage workers, the PWM ties wage levels to skills, productivity and career progression across sectors like cleaning, security, landscape, lift and escalator, retail and food services, benefitting workers and employers alike.

 

  1. 🔗Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)
    A benefit for NTUC members to offset their skills upgrading cost.
    Members receive 50% unfunded fee support for approved courses and assessments.
  2. From 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2028, members can also enjoy subscription fee support for selected AI tools.     

🔗Sponsored NTUC Membership Programme (SNM)
Annual NTUC membership fees ($117) are fully sponsored for lower-income families until their youngest child leaves the NTUC First Campus preschool network.

🔗Infant Nutrition Programme
Eligible children aged 2 months to 3-years-old from lower-income families enrolled at My First Skool will receive FairPrice vouchers to purchase formula milk, unflavoured full cream milk, baby food and diapers.

🔗OCBC-NTUC First Campus Bridging Programme
A one-time $400 top-up will be credited to the Child Development Account of each eligible child from lower-income Union families enrolled at a My First Skool centres, easing the cost of preschool education.

🔗Food Pack Programmes
NTUC First Campus partners with Food From the Heart to provide lower-income families with monthly food packs to supplement their meals and ease their financial burden.

🔗NTUC Care (Back-to-School)
Up to $240 e-Vouchers will be given to eligible NTUC union members for their children’s school-related necessities.

🔗NTUC Care (Youth Enable)
Eligible children of lower-income union members can receive an annual stipend of up to $4,000 for up to four years to support their studies through tertiary education. Terms and conditions apply.

🔗NTUC Care (Education Awards) for Tertiary Students
Up to $500 will be awarded to children of lower-income union members studying at Institutes of Higher Learning to support their studies and encourage academic excellence.

🔗NTUC Care (Caregiver Support) for Single Caregivers
Single caregivers who are the primary caregiver of their dependents, including children, parents, elderly family members and legal wards residing in the same household, may be eligible for $350 per child or $200 per elderly dependent under their care.

🔗NTUC Care (Caregiver Support) for Caregivers of Children with Special Needs
Primary caregivers of children with special needs may receive $1,000 for each eligible child to help cover educational, therapeutic and daily living expenses.

🔗NTUC Community Fund
The NTUC Community Fund combines the Bright Horizons Fund and Health for Life Fund to support access to quality care for seniors and early childhood education for children from lower-income families. 

Its efforts include subsidising school fees and other education-related expenses, such as learning journeys, to help children thrive in their learning journey.
