U Care Centre is set up by the National Trades Union Congress to support lower-wage workers in Singapore. Through advocating Better Jobs, Better Pay and Greater Respect for workers, UCC strives to be the voice with weight that leads to change for a more inclusive society, particularly towards lower-income workers.
