ShiGGa Shay, Regina Song, SMU SoundFoundry and more on 26 July, 2 and 9 August 2025.
• The public can ballot for tickets from 20 June to 4 July 2025.

The National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) will once again spearhead the organising of the 'NTUC NDP Bay Celebrations' as part of the expanded National Day Parade (NDP) 2025 celebrations, in collaboration with the NDP 2025 Executive Committee (EXCO). The NTUC NDP Bay Celebrations will be held at the Promontory @ Marina Bay on 9 August 2025, with two Preview events held on 26 July and 2 August 2025. Close to 20,000 attendees are expected to attend the three National Day celebrations events, an increase over the number of attendees in 2024. Members of the public can register their interest to ballot for a pair of tickets to the NTUC NDP Bay Celebrations from 20 June to 4 July 2025.

This year’s NTUC NDP Bay Celebrations will commemorate Singapore’s 60th birthday (SG60) with the theme, “Majulah SG Youth”, reaffirming NTUC’s commitment to supporting youth as they pursue their aspirations and providing them with necessary resources to succeed. Aligned with NDP 2025’s theme of “Majulah Singapura”, NTUC invites youth to come together as one united youth community to commemorate and celebrate their collective contributions to nation-building. NTUC encourages youth to continue supporting one another and NTUC will walk alongside youth to create a better and brighter Singapore’s future, where #EveryYouthMatters and #EveryWorkerMatters.

Ms Natasha Choy, Executive Secretary, NTUC Youth, and Co-Chairperson of the NTUC NDP Bay Celebrations Organising Committee said, “This year, NTUC NDP Bay Celebrations returns bigger and bolder as we mark Singapore’s 60th birthday with the theme, “Majulah SG Youth”. It is a celebration of our youths’ dreams, voice, and power to share the future. From electrifying performances by local young talents to immersive installations built by and for youth, we’re spotlighting the passion and purpose of a generation that proves every youth truly matters. We’re excited to see everyone at our celebrations this National Day!"

Exciting Performances by Home-Grown Young Talents

The NTUC NDP Bay Celebrations will showcase a diverse line-up of home-grown established and budding young talents. Headlining the performances are rapper ShiGGa Shay and singer-songwriter Regina Song alongside other acts by SMU SoundFoundry, Shabir Sulthan, Shazza, Estelle Fly, DJ Red, DJ Caden, NTU MJ (Modern Jazz dance society) and O School. Together, they represent the contributions of youth to nation-building, showcasing Singapore’s talent on the international stage.

SG60 Interactive Installations and Inclusive Activities

Besides the music and dance performances, the NTUC NDP Bay Celebrations will also feature a series of installations for viewing and participation. Between April and July 2025, as part of NTUC’s celebrations for SG60, NTUC visited 14 institutes of higher learning (IHLs) with a series of on-ground NTUC-SG60 Care-fé roadshows. During the roadshows, students from IHLs recorded over 6,000 well wishes for Singapore and Singaporeans, created doodles that reminded them of Singapore, and penned down key words reflecting their vision of Singapore’s future. These collected memories, hopes and aspirations will be showcased at the NTUC NDP Bay Celebrations via the “Dream Exchange”, “Majulah SG Youth”, and “The Future We Create” installations.

At the "Dream Exchange", a phone booth-style installation, attendees can listen to the anonymous recordings collected – receiving a message of encouragement from a fellow Singaporean. This simple yet meaningful initiative aims to uplift one another and foster connection, empathy and solidarity among youth, and Singaporeans.

Attendees can also look forward to seeing a collage of doodles at the “Majulah SG Youth” art installation. This installation highlights the collective creativity and present-day perspectives of our youth, capturing how they relate to and interpret Singapore as it is now.

The final installation is titled, “The Future We Create”, a collective effort by students who were invited to pen down one word that reflects their vision of Singapore’s future, representing a shared aspiration. These words were then used as prompts for an AI-powered installation, transforming them into an interactive visual showcase that highlights how youth can play a part in shaping Singapore’s future.

At the NTUC Booth, attendees can also enjoy mini games such as mini golf and a memory game. These games are a way to share more about what NTUC has to offer, such as the NTUC Starter Membership, a social membership priced at $36 per year, for youth between the ages of 18 and 25 where members enjoy benefits in the areas of work, live and play. The NTUC Booth will also highlight the various career, mental wellbeing and financial management programmes that youth can sign up for throughout the year.

NTUC Symbolic Moment

“Building Singapore’s Hopes and Moving Dreams Forward” will be this year’s symbolic moment at the NTUC NDP Bay Celebration. Representing youth coming together to shape Singapore's future, this act blends lighting, movement, and sound to create an immersive and inclusive experience.

About 25 youth dancers, along with our youth motivators, will form a flash mob while DJ Red takes centre stage, playing a powerful track featuring remixed National Day songs. This segment is designed to be a powerful, multi-sensory experience, culminating in a message of collective aspiration and support. It leverages music, synchronised visuals, and interactive elements to create an unforgettable moment for the audience.
