About the Scholarship

  • Full coverage of tuition, course application, hostel and book expenses
  • One-off reimbursement and allowance for settling-in and computer-related expenses
  • Annual living allowance
  • Allowances for overseas exchange programme and return airfare
  • Yearly return airfare (for overseas scholars)
  • Full coverage of medical and/or health insurance (where required by the university)
  • Internship opportunities across NTUC and mentorships provided by Labour MPs
  • Extension of scholarship for Master’s degree (if requirements are met)

Who can apply?

Applicants must:

Be Singapore Citizens
Possess good GCE A Level, local polytechnic diploma, undergraduate results and/or equivalent qualifications
Have strong leadership qualities displayed through active participation in co-curricular activities and/or community service
