• Prices listed above exclude prevailing GST rates.

• The above rate is applicable for services performed by general dental practitioners only, unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment will be collected before laboratory works can be processed.
• Corporate / credit card discounts are not to be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, packages, or privileges.
• Payment will be made by NTUC Members to the dental clinic and no billing to NTUC.
