About the NTUC Care (Education Awards) for Tertiary Students 2026

Eligibility Criteria

1. Membership

Members who wish to apply for the education award for their child/children must have at least 6 continuous months of membership at the point of application and must not be in arrears. 

2. Income

• Total Monthly Gross Household Income of $4,300 and below, or
• Monthly Per Capita Income of $1,075 and below if Gross Household Income exceeds $4,300

3. Awardee Eligibility

1. Resides in the same household as the member; AND
2. Studied full-time at an eligible IHL* in AY2025, or graduated from an eligible IHL in AY2025; AND
3. Attends the NTUC Care (Education Awards) Presentation Ceremony in October 2026.

Award Quantum

Education Awards Presentation Ceremonies

Members will receive an email notification on their eligibility status.

Eligible awardees must attend the Presentation Ceremony to receive the award quantum. An email will be sent to member’s registered email address in OneCARE System by 18 September 2026, notifying members of their awardee’s allocated session for the Presentation Ceremony.

Below are the dates of the Presentation Ceremonies that would be conducted in October 2026.

After the conclusion of all the Presentation Ceremonies, members will receive an email notification to acknowledge the awardees’ attendance or proof of absence. The award quantum will be credited to the bank account submitted on OneCARE System within 30 working days from the mentioned email notification, subject to bank clearance. 

How to Apply

Application opens from 24 June 2026, 1200hrs to 29 July 2026, 1600hrs.

Note: Members are advised to submit their applications before the closing date as late submission will not be processed.
