Labour Research Conference 2026

The 6ᵗʰ Labour Research Conference, “Today’s Hopes, Tomorrow’s Possibilities”, embodies the Labour Movement’s hope and commitment to collective action for a better tomorrow.

The conference will showcase research findings and highlight emerging trends shaping workers’ lives. Marking a significant milestone, it will also celebrate the launch of the fifth volume of the Singapore Labour Journal, advancing dialogue on progressive labour practices.

This session explores insights on the evolving world of work and the Labour Movement's role in shaping a better future for workers, addressing the impact of emerging trends such as Autonomous Vehicles and parenthood challenges.
