• Medical examination is available at all HMG clinics listed here.
• Medical examination is available only during clinic hours from Monday to Friday.
• No fasting is required.
• Present NTUC Membership card or e-Card together with LTA Form (fill in first) at point of registration to enjoy members’ rates.
• Valid from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2024.
