Dr Kang Soon-Hock is Deputy Director at the University Research Office and an Associate Professor with the School of Humanities and Behavioural Sciences at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He is a sociologist who researches issues concerning the employment and employability of mature workers and its implications on society.
