PhD candidate at Michigan State University


Ms Clara Soo is an International PhD Scholar at the Nanyang Business School and currently a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior at Michigan State University. Her research explores the identity and interpersonal dynamics within work and careers. She is particularly interested in the increasingly diverse ways people envision their future work lives beyond traditional career paths, and how individuals can achieve more meaningful careers in a changing world of work. Her work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and presented at leading management conferences. Before entering academia, she worked in the Foundational Human Resources Leadership Program at Johnson & Johnson, where she developed a practical interest in employee development and career growth.
