Ms Sri Manikantan holds a Master’s in Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and is passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and support better decision-making. Her experience spans government, workforce, and policy-related initiatives, where she has worked with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful insights and practical solutions.
Her work includes programme evaluation, labour market analysis, and the development of data-driven frameworks and insights. Through her work at the Centre for Skills-First Practices, Singapore University of Social Sciences – Institute for Adult Learning, she has developed a keen interest in labour market trends, skills development, and the future of work. She is particularly interested in how data can be used to inform policy and practice and create positive outcomes for individuals, organisations, and society.
