Second Director, Policy Division

Zhen Li is Second Director of the Policy Division at the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). She has experience in labour market policy and strategic planning having held several policy, planning, and research roles at the Ministry of Manpower and Tripartite Alliance Limited. She has collaborated with professors on research topics such as shift-share decomposition analysis of labour productivity growth in Singapore and adequacy of Singapore’s Central Provident Fund payouts by measuring the Income Replacement Rates of entrant workers.
