To enable NTUC members to benefit from the enhanced training support, NTUC has integrated the WTS enhancements into “NTUC-SEP” (Surrogate Employer Programme) and renamed the funding scheme as “WTS Scheme, supported by UTAP” (Workfare Training Support Scheme, supported by Union Training Assistance Programme).
