NTUC PME helps PMEs understand their rights and responsibilities at the workplace through personalised guidance, mediation support and practical workshops. By promoting fair and inclusive practices, NTUC PME aims to create workplaces where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered.

NTUC Freelance supports freelancers with resources, training and access to a verified freelancer directory. Support for platform workers
Together with the National Delivery Champions Association, the National Private Hire Vehicles Association and the National Taxi Association, NTUC advocates for fair pay, financial protection and improved working conditions for platform workers.
Platform workers can receive support through the NTUC Care Fund (Work Injury Relief), general financial assistance, and group insurance coverage under NTUC GIFT.

The CUB programme by NTUC Women & Family is tailored for women returning to work. It offers:

The mentorship programme by NTUC Youth connects young jobseekers with experienced mentors across various industries. Through in-person sessions and regular check-ins, participants get career guidance, build confidence and gain real-world insights to navigate their first jobs.

NTUC Youth EXCEL
The programme is a free, interactive two‑day workshop for youths aged 18 and above. Organised in collaboration with NTUC's Employment and Employability Institute (e2i), it combines guided self-reflection, hands-on activities and peer collaboration to help participants discover their career strengths and leadership style. By the end, you'll refine your personal brand, sharpen communication and teamwork skills and gain confidence in problem‑solving, all in preparation for a successful transition into the workforce.

NTUC Starter Membership
Designed for youths aged 18 to 25, NTUC Starter provides support for youths’ transition from school to work. Offerings include career mentorships and support programmes, mental well-being resources, and deals on fitness, entertainment, dining and leisure.

Through the NTUC-U Care Fund, NTUC helps the less fortunate through U Care programmes. There is help available for various groups of members, from the Hardship Grant to support members who face hardships of a non-industrial nature, to the NTUC Care Fund (Youth Enable), which provides ongoing support for youths in institutes of higher learning.
