What is the Career Coaching Programme?

At NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i), career coaches offer career services to individuals to help them understand industries and training pathways, link them with employers, advise them on career choices and progressions, and encourage them to begin their career planning early.

As part of the career guidance services provided, e2i’s coaches will assess individuals according to their qualifications, skill sets and areas of interest. The coaches would then advise them on the additional courses they can take to upgrade themselves and bridge the gap between their educational level and the job requirements to improve their employment chances. They will also assist them with resume writing and interview skills.
