At NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i), career coaches offer career services to individuals to help them understand industries and training pathways, link them with employers, advise them on career choices and progressions, and encourage them to begin their career planning early.
As part of the career guidance services provided, e2i’s coaches will assess individuals according to their qualifications, skill sets and areas of interest. The coaches would then advise them on the additional courses they can take to upgrade themselves and bridge the gap between their educational level and the job requirements to improve their employment chances. They will also assist them with resume writing and interview skills.
We highly recommend that you make an appointment as priority is given to clients with an appointment. There may be a long waiting time if you do not have a prior appointment to meet the coach.
Please have your NRIC, mobile number, and email address (if available) ready when you make an appointment.
You will receive an email notification after the appointment is made. However, if you have not input your email address, no notifications will be sent to you.
Each appointment accounts for only one individual. Individuals without an appointment will have to queue and wait for an available slot for consultation.
No, you cannot transfer the appointment.
