What is NTUC Care Fund (e-Vouchers)?

The NTUC Care Fund (e-Vouchers) programme offers eligible members up to $120 worth of assistance on daily essentials and schools supplies, with an additional $120 for each eligible school-going child and additional $120 per eligible school-going child studying in a special needs school.

 

Who can apply for NTUC Care Fund (e-Vouchers)?

Make sure you’re eligible to apply for the NTUC Care Fund (e-Vouchers)                                         

You are an NTUC member, with at least 6 continuous months as at point of application and must not be in arrears
Members WITHOUT family members staying in the same Household in Singapore, Personal Gross Monthly Income must be $1,650 and below (inclusive of overtime and allowances)
Members WITH family members staying in the same Household in Singapore, Personal Gross Monthly Income must be $3,800 and below (inclusive of overtime and allowances) OR Per Capita Income must be $950 and below (if gross household income exceeds $3,800)

How to apply for NTUC Care Fund (e-Vouchers)

Submit online applications via the OneCARE System from October 2024 when applications open.

Programme details

Successful applicants will receive their e-Vouchers by SMS sent to the mobile number that is used during application within 30 working days from the application closing date.

 

Note: Sender name is 'NTUC U Care'. Do ensure that mobile numbers are updated and reflected accurately during programme application to receive the e-Vouchers. 

Members can load their e-Vouchers on their mobile phone and use it at participating merchants with no minimum purchase.
