Account information

It is recommended to regularly update your personal particulars, including your employment details, to receive the most updated information from your respective unions.

 

Please update your personal particulars via the following platforms:

U Portal E-Services

 

● Access E-Services here.
Log in to update your personal particulars.
● You may choose to update your particulars manually or via Myinfo verification.

 

Linkpass

 

● Log in via Linkpass on U Portal with your email or mobile number registered with NTUC.
● Click on ‘Manage my account’ from your user drop down on the top right corner.
● You may choose to update your particulars manually or via Myinfo verification.

If you have recently signed up via U Portal or MyNTUC app, your active membership status will be reflected immediately upon approval.

 

If you have recently signed up through roadshows or hardcopy channels, your active status will only be reflected next month.

 

You can check your NTUC Union Membership status via the following platforms:

Chat with Nicole to inquire about your NTUC Union Membership status.


MyNTUC app
Click on the QR code icon on the top right corner > click “View membership info”

Connecting your membership with your Linkpass account allows you to view your membership information, e-card, and check Linkpoints balance in MyNTUC app.

To connect your NTUC Union Membership:

1) Click the “Profile” icon near the top right-hand corner of the screen > click “Connect your membership” > click "Proceed".

2) You will need to provide the following info:

a. Last 4 characters of your NRIC/FIN (e.g. 123A)
b. Date of birth
c.Mobile number

3) Select either your Email or Mobile Number and tap “Send OTP” to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email or phone number via SMS respectively.

4) Key in the 6-digit OTP, check the consent box and click “Connect membership”.

Should you encounter ‘Connect Membership Error (Error 001/Error 002/Error 003)’ upon login, please try the following solution:

Update both Linkpass and E-Services to the same email address and mobile number

The following options are available for setting up or updating recurring payment arrangements:

 

1) Debit/Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard):

 

a) U Portal

● Login to your U Portal account at the top right hand corner of the website via LinkPass
● Click on “Memberships” > “Make membership payment”
● Click on “Set Recurring Payment Mode”

 
b) MyNTUC app

● Click "QR code" icon at the top right corner of the screen
● Select "View membership info" 
● Click on "Set recurring payment mode"

2) GIRO:

  • For POSB & DBS customers, you can apply for GIRO via MyNTUC app or AXS
  • For all other bank customers, you can apply for GIRO online via the iBanking websites for your respective banks
 

 

The membership fee of $117 is split into 13 months payment of $9. Monthly payments of $9 are made from January to November while December will see the deduction of two months payment of $18.

Linkpoints and NTUC Silver Card

You may check for your Linkpoints balance and transaction history via the following platforms:

Download MyNTUC App to view your Linkpoints balance and transaction history.

 

  • FairPrice Group App

Download the FairPrice Group app to view your Linkpoints balance and transaction history.

 

  • Link Website

Log in to your Link account via Link to view your Linkpoints balance and transaction history.

 

You can earn Linkpoints by shopping with over 150 Link partners with your Link Rewards card at the point of purchase.

Additionally, you may also use the FairPrice Group app to track your Linkpoints earnings at participating Kopitiam and FairPrice Group (in-store/online) or Unity stores.

  • Redeem Linkpoints to offset your purchases with over 150 Link partners. Present your Link Rewards card at the point of purchase to redeem Linkpoints.

     

  • Pay and redeem Linkpoints via the FairPrice Group app for your purchases at FairPrice (in-store/online), Unity and participating Kopitiam outlets.

     

  • Convert your Linkpoints with exchange partners for partner points or miles here. Select a Linkpoints exchange partner. Log in and connect with your selected Linkpoints exchange partner and complete your exchange to your preferred loyalty points.

The Linkpoints earned in a calendar year will expire on the 31st December of that year. However, Link cardholders and NTUC cardholders are given grace periods of 6 months (i.e. till 30th June of the following year) and 12 months (i.e. till 31st December of the following year) respectively to redeem their Linkpoints.

NTUC Link may, from time to time, amend the validity period of the Linkpoints. Linkpoints not redeemed by the expiry date will automatically expire.

If you are holding the silver NTUC Card, you may make a request for card replacement through Nicole, our Virtual Assistant. A new card will be sent to you within 5 working days.

 

If you are holding the black Link Card, you may make a request through Link’s website here and click on “Replace card” under My Cards.


If you have previously requested for a new card, your new silver NTUC Card will be sent to you within 5 working days. If you have not received your NTUC Card after 5 working days, you may check your card replacement status, via Nicole, our Virtual assistant.
