Helping vulnerable families prepare for their journey through skills upgrades and career planning

What is LIFT-UP Pathfinder?

Supported by the President’s Challenge, the LIFT-UP Pathfinder Programme aims to empower U Care beneficiaries and union members to upskill as a family. Funding is in the form of $500 per adult, and $200 per child. Funding is based on a first-come, first-served basis and will tentatively end in June 2023.

Who can apply?

You are eligible if you meet any of the following criteria:

  • A U Care Beneficiary
  • union member with a Monthly Gross Household Income of $3,400 OR Per Capita Income of $850 and below, or
  • A union member who was retrenched in the last two years

Members who are interested in applying for the funding, please contact your union for more information.
