What is the NTUC - Education and Training Fund (NETF)?

NTUC members and U Network members are able to enjoy training subsidies under the following NETF programmes:
  • Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)
  • UTAP for Online/Blended Courses by Institutes of Higher Learning
  • NETF Collaborative Fund (NCF)

 

Union members can tap on more than 5,300 training courses to enjoy course fee subsidy, capped at a maximum of $250 per year, under the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) supported by the NETF.
