What is the Young NTUC Junior Circle?

Established in 2016, Young NTUC Junior Circle (YNJC) is a leadership transition programme for graduated nEbO leaders to flow in to serve in the Young NTUC community. As part of their leadership development, YNJC members are empowered to administer Young NTUC Seed Funding (YNSFS) for nEbO Youth-initiated projects.
