Employer’s Guide to Breastfeeding at the Workplace

Employers are aware that employees returning to work after childbirth may want to continue breastfeeding and will require lactation support at the workplace. While employers are supportive towards the needs of working mothers, they may not know how to take the first step in providing this support.

The Employer’s Guide to Breastfeeding at the Workplace is produced jointly by NTUC U Family, Health Promotion Board (HPB) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). It provides employers with information on what they can do to support employees to continue breastfeeding after returning to work.
