1. How do I sign up with Trust?

Signing up only takes a few minutes! Simply download Trust App from Apple store or Google Playstore and sign up using your Singpass.

2. Can my Trust Link Credit/Debit Card or NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card be used to identify me as a Link member and/or NTUC Union Member?

Yes. You can present your Trust Link Credit/Debit Card to identify yourself as a Link member, and you can present your NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card to identify yourself as both a Link member and a NTUC Union Member.

3. I’m not a Union Member, can I still sign up for Trust?

Yes, you can. However, only NTUC Union Members get to enjoy up to 21% of Linkpoints savings with their NTUC Link Credit Card. If you are not a Union Member, you can still apply for the Trust Link Credit Card that entitles you up to 15% of FPG Linkpoints savings. Hence, we encourage you to sign up for NTUC Union Membership to enjoy the maximum savings benefits.

4. I’m not eligible to sign up for a credit card, do you have a debit card?

Yes, you can sign up for the Savings Account by Trust that comes with a Trust debit card. You will be able to enjoy up to 11% Linkpoint rebates and will also be able to earn a high savings account interest rate of up to 2.5% P.A.
