Some 1,000 domestic employees joined Guest-of-Honour Mr Sam Tan, Minister of State for Manpower, NTUC President Mary Liew and NTUC Central Committee members in the Labour Movement's inaugural May Day Domestic Employees Celebration 2017 event held at Youth Park (Somerset).
The celebration – aimed at promoting inclusiveness, encouraging integration and harmonious co-existence between Singaporeans and domestic employees – saw both domestic employees and guests enjoying a day of fun and games.
