1. What is NTUC Family Membership (NFM)?
The NFM is a new membership for the Union member’s family. It helps to moderate your family’s cost of living, take care of your non-working parents’ and your children’s well-being and creates family bonding activities for you and your family to enjoy.
2. What are the benefits of the NFM?
The NFM lets you access an expanded range of NTUC Membership benefits which includes higher bill rebates on Utility & Telco services, members’ rates on Healthcare & Wellness services and more. For the full list of benefits, visit www.ntuc.org.sg/familymembership

4. How do I apply for NFM?
Please make an appointment at http://ntuc.co/NFM-mbrshubappt to sign up and make payment at NTUC Members’ Hub. Bring your NTUC Plus! Card and the details of your nominated Family members’ NRIC last 4 characters, date of birth, mobile number and email addresses.
5. What should I do if I have booked the appointment but unable to make it in time?
You may reschedule/cancel or create a new booking in the appointment system at http://ntuc.co/NFM-mbrshubappt
6. Can I nominate my next of kin who is currently a union member?
No, only non-union members can be nominated. Next of kin for the NFM is applicable to the main member’s parent(s) or parent(s)-in-law or the Main Member’s children age(s) 25 years old and below.
7.Can I nominate my non-working parent who is not staying with me?
Yes, you can nominate your parent or parent-in-law who is not staying with you.
8. When will the NFM commence?
After application and payment, your NFM will commence on the 1st of the following month. E.g. signup on 10 March 2022, NFM will start from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.
1 month before the expiry of your NFM, a notification will be sent to your email. Payment mode for NFM renewal will be advised in the notification email.
No physical card will be issued. The main member and next-of-kin will receive monthly emails which will provide them with downloadable eCoupons to save in their mobile phones and to present eCoupons or retrieve promo codes to utilize NFM benefits.
11. How can my children enjoy the 1-year nEbO membership?
nEbO is a lifestyle membership for the youth. Nominate your child/children between 12 to 24 years old and fill up the nEbO application form during signup. The 1-year nEbO membership card for your child/children will be mailed to you by post.
If your child is an existing nEbO member, the 1-year nEbO membership will not be applicable. You may click on this link (https://www.ascentis.com.sg/nebo_cso/CheckNeboMember.aspx) to check if your child is an existing nEbO member.

Re-nomination may be subject to approval.
13. I have signed up less than 4 family members for NFM, can I pay a pro-rated fee
NFM fee is an upfront payment of $24 for one year. There is no pro-rated fee.
14. Is NFM transferable?
NFM is exclusive to your family and is non-transferable.
15. I would like to terminate my NFM. How do I go about it?
If you wish to terminate your NFM, please submit a request via our Virtual Assistant Nicole at: http://ntuc.co/chat
However, we strongly encourage you to continue till the last paid period as there will not be any refund for the membership fee paid. If your NTUC union membership is terminated, your NFM will also cease.
